How can I earn points?
Join India Gate Loyalty by scanning the QR code. Earn points every time you dine or order takeaway at any participating India Gate outlet.
How much are points worth?
For every RM1 spent, you will receive loyalty points that can be redeemed for rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Redemption & Usage
What can I redeem?
Redeem points for signature dishes, drinks, and exclusive dining experiences at India Gate.
Can I redeem multiple rewards?
Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Can I transfer points?
Points are non-transferable and tied to your personal account.
How do I check my points?
You can check your balance through your loyalty account dashboard.
How do I redeem points?
Inform the cashier during payment to redeem your points.
Can I use points online?
Currently, redemption is available for in-store transactions only.
Promotions & Assistance
Can I earn points on delivery orders?
Currently, loyalty points are only applicable for dine-in and takeaway orders. Delivery orders made through third-party platforms are not eligible.
Can I claim points after payment?
No, points must be earned during payment. Completed transactions cannot be updated.

Please allow up to 24 hours. If still missing, contact support at your nearest India Gate branch.
